What We Believe

As a Lutheran Church, we believe in the mission of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA). As a church body, we believe our presence in the Southport/Saint James area comes with a responsibility to help our neighbor and minister in times of need. All of this is a part of our mission statement:

Our mission is to inspire a community of vibrant disciples who gather in fellowship to worship, learn, serve, and witness to others.
